Mia Belsky, MSEd, BCBA
Owner, Director
Our owner and founder, Mia Belsky, has dedicated her life to working with children with developmental disabilities and their families. Mia first worked as a state licensed Special Education teacher, a Special Education Lead Teacher sitting on a diagnostic team, and a Private School Principal. Ultimately, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Mia is originally from Montreal and earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from McGill University. After moving to the United States, she earned her Master’s Degree in Exceptional Education from the University of Wisconsin, and certification as a School Administrator and Supervisor from John’s Hopkins University. She earned her BCBA from Clemson University. Mia is a Florida State Certified teacher in Exceptional Education PreK-12, Autism Spectrum Disorder, General Education K-6, and Social Sciences 6-12.
Mia’s motivation to become a BCBA was her own son. She saw the tremendous impact ABA made on his quality of life, as well as the quality of life of her family. She wanted to help other children and families through the challenges that can come with having a child with unique needs. Mia is dedicated to helping other children achieve remarkable outcomes and supporting their families along the way. She believes that consistently applying the correct intervention strategies with fidelity is crucial to a higher quality of life for our children.

Osledis Andrade

Osledis Andrade

Osledis Andrade is our Executive Administrator. Osledis is originally from Venezuela and came to the US in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in science. She worked for JP Morgan Chase for 8 years before joining us. She is married to Carlos and together they have two children, one of whom is on the spectrum. Osledis is the ‘glue’ on our team and if anyone needs anything, they know Osledis is the one to ask!

Samantha Pollack

Samantha attended Florida State University and received her bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences with a minor in Psychology. During her time in Tallahassee, Samantha interned at a behavior clinic and provided services to students in grades K-12 all over the Leon County School District. Samantha also conducted social groups and 1-to-1 therapy sessions for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in clinical and community settings. After graduation Samantha moved to South Florida and provided behavior analytic services under the supervision of highly skilled BCBAs.
After years of building skill and passion in the field, Samantha continued her education and pursued her master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in autism spectrum disorders from Ball State University. Samantha joinedthe Love, Learn, Soar team as a BCBA in 2022. As a clinician, Samantha enjoys promoting learning through naturalistic teaching strategies by incorporating her clients interests to facilitate communication and socialization. Samantha is heavily motivated by her clients’ successes and focuses on increasing their independence and overall quality of life through behavioral intervention and skill acquisition programs. In Samantha’s spare time, she loves traveling and spending time with her friends, family, and her 3 perfect puppies Milo, Ruby, and Thor.

Sean-Nicole Kellar moved to Florida from New York in December 2021. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst and Certified Autism Specialist who received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Psychology and Philosophy from Long Island University in New York. She then obtained a Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts. Sean-Nicole has been practicing in the field for over 6 years and has worked with a variety of clients and other professionals in multiple settings including private homes, schools and clinics. She is passionate about the field of ABA and aspires to help unlock every child’s full potential by taking a compassionate and collaborative approach. When she is not working, Sean-Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and dog Mika, reading and traveling.

Andrea grew up in Palm Beach County and received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Florida International University in 2017. Andrea’s introduction to ABA began with children with Autism and she went on to finish her Masters degree in Developmental Disabilities from Nova Southeastern University in 2023. Andrea believes in taking a collaborative approach to helping children and families reach their goals.
Her professional passions include working with early learners, implementing ABA principles in individual and group settings, teaching important life skills, and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s). In her spare time, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with her daughter.

Star is a wonderful lead RBT, she has been with the company from the very beginning. Star is from the beautiful city of Delray Beach, FL and she is in school at Palm Beach State College majoring in Psychology, Star has later plans of graduating and furthering her education to become a BCBA . Star has climbed her way up the ladder at Love Learn Soar because of her dedication and passion for making a difference in children’s lives. Star helps train new therapists, coordinates activities, and is a team leader and role model for all staff. Star is enthusiastic and very engaged that’s what keeps the team going.
