Our Early Intervention Center stands out by providing personalized, one-on-one attention to children ages 2-7 with autism spectrum disorder. Services are provided by a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who works closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create tailored interventions that address your child's unique developmental needs. Our warm, inviting, and engaging, foundational learning environment ensures your child feels comfortable and motivated while acquiring essential skills for success in school and beyond. Our nurturing setting fosters growth, development, and independence enabling our kids to thrive and reach their full potential.
Many times, students have behavioral challenges in school, such as difficulty with transition, task completion, and lack of focus. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are trained to work in classroom settings to support student success. We work on social skill development in real-time and teach emotional regulation and coping skills. Our Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians will work with your child's teachers – not against them. We strive to partner with educators to create an environment that is productive and effective. We begin to fade services as soon as we see progress so that children can become independent in their regular school setting.
Certain children and families require that Applied Behavior Analysis services be provided at home and in the community. These services are dictated by the Treatment Plan written by your child's Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with direct implementation by one of our highly qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). The RBT will directly work with your child on a variety of prosocial behaviors, including, but not limited to, areas of language, social, and functional life skills, as well as strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors. The RBT is supervised by your child's BCBA, and frequent supervision visits will be conducted to ensure that treatment is implemented with fidelity and to address any needed changes. Your BCBA will also provide parent training at least once monthly to teach you the strategies that have been effective with your child and to address any concerns you may have.
Love Learn Soar provides support for schools that have students with behavioral and social/emotional challenges in their classroom and school setting. Consultations include observing your child at school and identifying the challenging behaviors that are preventing them from finding success in the classroom. Our BCBA partners with parents, teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists to develop a plan that will help your child become successful.
All BCaBA's and RBT's are supervised by our BCBA. Our BCBA works closely with the BCaBA's and RBT's to ensure that best practice and the Treatment Plan is implemented with fidelity. Also, RBT's and BCaBA's work closely with parents and the BCBA to make adjustments to the Treatment Plan, as needed, so as your child is mastering skills, new skills can effectively be introduced and learned skills can be maintained.
In addition, our BCBA offers supervision to BCaBA's and RBT's in order for them to acquire and maintain certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Supervision hours and training is also available for BCBA candidates.
