Tara Natale-Bienvenu, originally from Connecticut, has called Florida home since 2012. With a strong academic foundation, she earned her master’s degree in forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014. Tara is currently pursuing a PhD in Behavior Analysis at the Chicago School, where her dissertation research focuses on the application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to reduce burnout and foster compassionate care within behavioral health settings.
Throughout her career, Tara has worked with both children and adults across diverse environments, gaining extensive experience in roles such as Clinical Director, Regional Director, Behavior Coach, and School-Based BCBA. She has a deep commitment to improving quality ABA services through development and training, with a particular emphasis on the importance of integrating ABA principles into everyday practice.
Tara is passionate about advancing the field of behavior analysis, with a strong focus on disseminating ABA to wider audiences and utilizing ACT to enhance compassionate care for both families and staff. Her expertise and dedication aim to support the well-being of both practitioners and those they serve, creating environments where care and support are both effective and empathetic.
